Eos Lip Balm

The shape of this lip balm is so unique so different from the others. What i love about the EOS lip balm is that its extra moisturizing (lasts for a pretty long time), has a nice scent and of course the rounded top makes it so much easier to apply.

ELF Lipstick in Seduction

First i have to say im not a lipstick person, but i absolutley love this ELF lipstick. It has a really unique mixture of reds and pinks.. (lol duh all lipsticks are pretty much like that)  let me tell you this, its super moisturizing, has a nice scent and lasts for a couple of hours even if you wipe your lips the color is still on there (not sure if other brands have the same effect but yaa pretty cool well at least for me it is) and of course inexpensive.

Vaseline Original Petroleum Jelly

Best Winter moisturizer/ointment for dry/cracking/itchy skin. I use it daily just before going to bed and works on any skin types. LOVE IT

Maybelline Matte Powder

After watching one of my fave gurus review this product (xteener) I went to buy it the next day!! This is absolutely by far one of the best press powder i 've used. It feels really light on the skin, matches my skin tone perfectly, powder itself is really really smooth, packaging is decent, Overall gives me a flawless finish. Would def recommend =D

Benefit high beam

First off let me say thank you to BENEFIT for making this product exist!! My skin looks really dull during winter time and this highlighter just wakes my face up.  I simply contour my face by just dabbing a couple of small dots onto the bridge of my nose and on my cupids bow (you can also use it on you cheekbones too) and SHAAZAMM made a difference already (forgot to mention little goes a long way)

ELF Powder Brush

The best powder Brush  i ever purchased and it was like $3!!! It buffs the powder onto my skin evenly, got nice smooth bristles and most importantly the bristles don't fall off when washing.

L'oreal Paris Studio Secrets Anti-Redness Primer

When i first used this i didn't like it at all, it felt like as if i put baby powder on my skin.. but of course i gave this another shot and i love love love it!! Due to the Dry environment where everyone has there heat on, my sensitive face especially my check area tends to turn pinkish-red. =(  But thanks to this primer which i now use everyday before applying makeup makes such a big difference, my skin looks so much healthier and more flawless.
(dab dots around the red areas and blend out evenly)

Wet n Wild Coloricon 249 Vanity

Good quality comparable to high end eye shadows.This palette contains 3 matte shadows (left) and 3 shimmery ones (right) and as you can see, it has a nice range browns and golds. If you are a neutral type or one that is starting to wear eye shadow and doesn't want a dramatic look then i would def recommend this palette. They are so pigmented and inexpensive!! (think it was around $5 at Walmart) If you want your eye shadow to last longer and avoid creasing use a primer before applying the eye shadows.

Maybelline Mineral Power Concealer

Shades
Left => Ivory light 2-3
Right => Cream light 4-5

Shades
Left => Ivory light 2-3
Right => Cream light 4-5

I have been trying to find a decent drugstore under eye concealer for the longest time, one that doesn't cake up, inexpensive etc.. and i guess i found it!!!
I have been using this as an under eye concealer for about a month and a half now.... and this product has been added to my HG collection. WOO HOO.  Usually i would switch back and forth and play with my concealers, but with this concealer i didn't have to, which was like a ++++ for me. As you may notice i have 2 different shades, the first shade was a tad too light for me, made me look like i was wearing a mask o.O which was obviously a No No for me so now i use it for highlighting. I then went back the next day and grab a shade darker and boy was i impressed the shade matched my skin perfectly, it has this nice orange tone to it which gave me a warmer look.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive drugstore concealer =) defiantly worth the price ^.^

Pros
doesn't cake up
doesn't settle into fine lines
easy to  blend
buildable
great concealer for under eye
for me it lasts on my face for about a nice 5-6 hours

Cons
doesn't cover up blemishes

Quo Brushes

Quo Brushes

These are the only 2 Quo brushes that i own right now
From T-B -> Powder Brush, Eye Smudger Brush

Quo Powder Brush

Got to say i liked it at first when i purchased it, it was all soft and gave me a flawless finish... now I've owned this brush for about 6 months or more and its being a bad boy an absolutely bad boy.
Let me tell you the pros and cons of this brush

Pros
- soft on the skin even after washing numerous of times
- has a nice flat (not bulky) neck (metal silver part) which is so much more easier to control when applying
- the elegant color which makes it look like a professional brush

Cons
- brush hair falls off and gets stuck to face when applying loose powder
- sheds insanely when washing
- hair is starting to stray
- would not consider repurchasing

Quo Eye Smudger Brush

I bought this brush out of curiosity because i already own a smudger brush but its a different kind (the usual  black pointy tip one). Anyways ya so i bought this one to see how it would preform and let me tell you the pros and cons of this brush.

Pros
- good use for hightlighting (ex. the inner tear duct area)
- use it to clean up the eye shadows around the eye
- use it to apply shadow on my lower lash line

Cons
- shreds when washing/ applying ( i know its a small brush but Quo brushes does a good job shedding hair)
- Bristles are very prickly
- don't even use it for the labelled purpose
- would not consider repurchasing

EcoTools Bamboo 6 piece Brush Set

So let me tell you this. If you are a beginner and are struggling to find the perfect set of brushes, don't want to spend a lot of $$ and is looking for great quality then this set is absolutely made for you! This 6 piece brush set is inexpensive (you can find it at your local drugstore), have the softest bristles even after washing it millions of times its still oh so soft, also no stray hair and no sheds yet, the handles are made from bamboo which in my opinion makes it look like some high end brush and also comes with a cosmetic brush roll good for traveling.. BUT but the only thing that i got to complain about is the eye shading brush (scroll down for review) and also it would be awesome if they had the powder brush included in this set.

From L-R-> Blush Brush, Eye shading brush, Eyeliner brush, Concealer Brush, Lash and Brow groomer, Cosmetic brush Roll

Blush Brush
I personally love to put blush on and this brush leaves you with a flawless finish. (I also use it with bronzer too)

Eye shading Brush
Honestly out of the whole set i have to say this is my least favorite... first off its too big of a size and it doesn't pick up eye shadow very well, but still usable (i sometimes use it for concealing)

Eyeliner Brush
This is an excellent eyeliner brush, I love using eye shadow to tight line my eyes and this brush is easy to control (like it gives you the perfect "wing")

Concealer Brush
Love this concealer brush!! Use it everyday to conceal my under eye circles

Lash and Brow groomer
nice and sturdy

L.A. Colors Color Craze Nail Polish

These nail polishes are a "MUST HAVE"!! The variety of colors are mostly on the pastel sides. (which i absolutely love because these colors are so unique and bright!!) And especially for the price of $1USD which is an absolutely steal, because here in Canada it's like around $3CAD each =_='' so if your going down to the states, you can find these lovely's over at the Dollar tree.

From Left to right-> Paradise pink, Phenomena, Tropical breeze, Atomic, Splash, Jewel tone
And here is the beautiful colors all painted out.
starting from L-R
*Note: I painted 2 layers to match the real color
Paradise Pink-> sheer metallic pink
Phenomena-> more of a burgundy color
Tropical breeze-> nice deep purple color tone
Atomic-> Love this color!! bright pastel teal green
Splash-> a nice deep ocean blue
Jewel tone-> nice sparkly color; contains blue,green, fuschia sparkles (human eyes point of view)

                               And here is a closer look of the jewel tone
